Client-Side Decryption Only
Your encryption password never leaves your device. All decryption is performed locally using the Web Crypto API.
Zero-Knowledge Architecture
Hexbon servers only store your already-encrypted data. We cannot decrypt your data because we never have access to your key.
Encrypted Local Storage
If you store your password locally, it's encrypted before being saved in Brave's secure extension storage.
Minimal Permissions
The extension only requests permissions it needs: storage for caching and host access to hexbon.com only.
